This library is intended to be a resource for your further exploration of BioSpiritual Focusing. The materials contained in this library are free and can be read online or downloaded for your personal use. Presenters are free to use these materials as well in their programs. The BioSpiritual Institute retains copyrights on all these materials and does not allow the sale of these materials in any format, written or electronic, by any individual or organization for profit. Please understand that since many of the articles and newsletters are dated, the links, addresses, phone numbers, and materials cited may no longer be available.

The library (see listing below) is divided up into nine groupings (Articles, Audio, ….etc.) You can review each section of the library individually by clicking on the respective folder title ( i.e. “Articles”) and when it loads its content, you will see snapshots of the content detail with abbreviated titles.
Please read the following instructions about how to navigate the library before proceeding:
You can single click on an item you wish to read and it will open for you to read in a preview page. If you wish to enlarge the text, click on the zoom icon on the top right hand corner of the viewing page. (see red arrow on left). If you wish to download or print your selection, click on the icon to the right of the zoom icon ( a rectangle with an arrow pointing up to the right) and you will open a “pop-out” page on which you can download or print your selection. When you “pop out” the file, your browser opens a new tab window for the pop out. Once you have printed your document, you can close the pop out window by closing the tab at the top of your browser.
- Anytime you wish to return to the library start page, click on the house icon:
- After you have opened up an item from the library and you wish to return to the library start page, simply press your ESC key or click on the “X” icon in the upper left hand corner of the reading window.
You will notice in the upper right corner of the loaded window there are three navigation icons:
- a magnifying glass ( for searching a specific key word )
- a gear icon for viewing the content as a set of folders
- a two arrow circle for refreshing the page.
The library also has the capability to do a key-word search across the entire library. As you look at the library listing above, you will see the three navigation icons in the upper right corner of the window. Click on the magnifying glass icon and type in your search word or topic you wish the library search function to utilize. The program will search the entire library and return with all the items that include your search word.
After you have opened up an item from the library and you wish to return to the library start page, simply press your ESC key or click on the “X” icon in the upper left hand corner of the reading window.
